Our vision is to create meaningful ceremonies and programs that provide spaces deepening our collective connection to nature, community, and spirit.
The Community Weavers was formed by a group of passionate volunteers whose lives have been deeply transformed through the work of Cascadia Quest, a vibrant organization based in Eugene, OR.
After over a decade of creating opportunities for earth-based ceremonial work, leadership training, and community building, Cascadia Quest entered a period of hibernation and reflection in July 2025. The Community Weavers are committed to carrying this work forward by providing experiences that bring us together for deep connection and transformation.
The Community Weavers container is held by many arms. These are the core members who meet regularly to make this important work happen:

Our mission is to offer soul-centered experiences to help community members find meaning, purpose, connection, belonging, and transformation. These experiences include ceremonies and rites that occur in safe sacred containers, such as council circles and grief ceremonies. We support the work of others who are leading adult vision fasts and rites of passage for young people.
